Don't Eat Anyway

- Meat that made for preserving to eat for a long time such as ham, sausage, bacon, salami. These can collect the cancer in abdomen.

- Salty food, pickling food, smoked food, grilled food all, especially from meat anyway.

- Remember food at medium rare and black such as grilled chicken liver to cause the cancer certainly.


- Grilled Meat at "well done" increase the risk of breast cancer alike.

- Don't smell smoke from grilled food anyway.

Should Eat Urgently

- Yellow or orange vegetable and fruit group can protect various kinds of cancer such as ripe mango, corn , carrot, etc.

- The mushroom in Asia zone can protect the cancer such as truffle, Shiitake mushroom.

- Consume vitamin C 200 milligrams per day enough, need not to eat more that because body will dismiss already.

- Consume vitamin E 80 milligrams per day, choose the specified that have both of a substance , Tocopherols and Tocotrienols, and should eat with big meal time because vitamin E want the fat to absorb.

- Consume the Selenium mineral 100 -200 microgram per day that eat a little more vitamin E and C
