10 Simple Activities That Make Life Long

Simple activities in the every day life that many person may be unexpected or give precedence to it  but in the truth, these activities make our life longer.

1. have a breakfast everyday :  because of this meal  that help to stimulate metabolism rate to burn a calorie through all day. Whoever thinks that abstaining from breakfast help to lose weight, they were misled because breakfast help to make us not fat too much, moreover, it help to maintain sugar level in the blood to be stable as well.

2. exercise regularly : , exercise at least for 3 times (20 minutes/time) a week help the heart works well up, the joint of body be stretch and decrease riddled bone symptoms when the elderly.

3. Eat food that has antioxidant  : such as , vegetables , fruit , also decrease the risk of the cancer.

4. Eat cod-liver oil :  omega 3  fatty acid in cod-liver oil is the thing that benefit the heart and can decrease cholesterol. You may eat fish that has fat for 3 meals a week , such as tuna, salmon, sardine, these make to be full but not fat.

5. brush the teeth everyday : help to decrease the bacteria in the oral cavity , the health will improve surprisingly.

6. sleeping closely : sleeping at least for 7-8 hour a days help immunity system to strong up , body cell is built well up , the brain is bright , and the weight can be down.

7. To concentrate :  help to decrease stress , decrease the blood pressure and when breathe  deep, will help oxygen reach lung to the utmost.

8. To laugh
: laughing help to be good feeling and also our body release endophins which be happiness substance helping stress and worry to down

9. Drink tea :  help to decrease the risk of cancer in alimentary canal system , and also decrease the risk of heart disease.

10. Drink 1 glass of alcohol beverage a day enough, just encourage the heart to blood circulates well, expecially should be red wines.
